Restore purchases

Sometimes, after reinstalling or updating the app, your Premium features may no longer appear. This is usually caused by a syncing issue between the app and the App Store. Follow the steps below to help restore your purchase.

  • Check your Apple ID: Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to purchase MellowMe Premium. If you have multiple accounts, switch to the correct one.
  • Review your device settings: Ensure In-App Purchases are enabled in your iOS settings.
  • Force close and reopen the app: Close MellowMe completely so it’s not running in the background, then reopen it to refresh the connection.
  • Restart your device: Turn your iPhone off and on again to clear any background processes that might be blocking the restoration. Then go back to the Buy Premium screen while connected to the internet.
  • Check for refunds: If you previously requested a refund, Apple will revoke the Premium license once the money is returned.
  • Still not working? If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact us. To request a refund, you’ll need to do so directly through the App Store on your device or online.
