MellowMe Backup
Have you backed up your data to the cloud? If so, it will be stored in iCloud. Simply go to Profile > Restore Entries, select Restore from iCloud, and choose the backup version you’d like to restore.

If you’re certain a backup exists but nothing appears on the Restore page after connecting your account, it’s possible the backup is linked to a different Apple ID. This often happens if you use multiple accounts or email addresses for Apple services. Try signing in with any other Apple IDs you may have used.
iOS Backup Option
iOS automatically creates system backups of your device, which may include data from apps like MellowMe. If you don’t have a cloud backup, you might still be able to restore your MellowMe data from an existing iOS device backup. You can learn more about this process here

No Backup Available
If there’s no data in the app, no iCloud backup, and your device wasn’t backed up through iOS, your data is likely lost.

For your privacy and security, MellowMe does not store or have access to your personal data — so without a backup, we’re unable to recover any information.
