Cancel, or Request a Refund for Your Purchase or Subscription

Important: All purchases and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. These transactions follow Apple’s policies and are managed entirely by them. MellowMe does not process or charge payments. If you need to manage, cancel, or request a refund for a purchase, please do so directly through Apple using the links below.

  • If you’d like to request a refund or report an unauthorized charge, follow Apple’s guidance here.
Paid Content Notice
Requesting a refund for your purchase will remove access to MellowMe Premium features. Once downgraded to the free version, you will lose access to the following:
  • The Face ID / PIN lock feature on iOS.
  • Advanced statistics and insights.
  • Additional moods beyond the free limit.
  • Additional reminders beyond the free limit.
  • Automatic backups of your data.
  • The ability to export your data as PDF files.
  • Access to premium app icons and themes.
  • The option to edit existing note templates or create new ones.
