How to Export Your Entries
Step 1: Access Export Feature
- Open MellowMe → Profile → Export Entries
- Tap Export Entries
Step 2: Choose Destination
- Files app (local storage)
- iCloud Drive
- Email (send to yourself)
- AirDrop (to another device)
- Other apps (Dropbox, Notes, etc.)
Step 3: Complete Export
- Pick a folder/location
- Tap Save or Export
- Wait for confirmation message

- Mood level (😊 Great → 😢 Awful)
- Selected emotions
- Intensity ratings (1–5)
- Journal text (if any)
- Voice note filenames
